About Us

The father and daughter team of Manny and Olivia Wong have a history rooted in small family businesses. Manny's father and Olivia's grandfathers on both sides were startup business owners in the food manufacturing and restaurant industries.

In 1978 Manny founded Fully, Inc. in Miami, Florida. The family business started off humbly growing bean sprouts and manufacturing tofu, soymilk and rice noodles. Fully, Inc. changed names to Fullei Foods with the acquisition of Central Florida sprout farms and later on became Fullei Fresh.

 

With each evolution came branding and product line changes. They realized that growing fresh sprouts was the company's strength. They dominated the sprout industry with innovative growing techniques, an unprecedented 30+ day shelf life (without the use of preservatives,) and the highest in food safety standards.

Fullei Fresh became a major industry leader with prestigious corporate accounts such as Whole Foods Market and Fresh Point.

 

In 2010, Olivia Wong joined her parents full time in Accounting and Sales / Marketing and in 2020 became C.E.O. Olivia's years while at Fullei Fresh brought the company the highest gross sales and profitability due to her sales and marketing efforts, rebranding and packaging changes, and streamlining operations.

In 2023, they transitioned ownership of Fullei Fresh and launched Fullei Consulting.

​

Between Manny and Olivia they founded several other startups, including a distributor of Asian specialty produce, a shipping container hydroponic, urban, vertical farm, logistics company, real estate firm, restaurant and photography endeavors.

​

Manny has also provided consulting services for sprout growers on how to setup facilities, improve product quality and come up to par with FDA standards as well as pass rigorous third party audits.
